Bookkeeper – Accounting Department - Fargo, ND

Job Description:

  • Full Time – Monday-Friday  8:00 am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)
  • Wage: $19.00 – $21.00/hr 

Essential Functions:

  • Invoicing and other misc. accounting functions as needed.
  • COD’s/credit cards from warehouse
  • Calculating template/install log sheets
  • Fuel tax (quarterly)
  • Time analysis of manufacturing processes/jobs.
  • Pulling of invoices, checking invoices for accuracy, checking off of route manifests and billing Postform and Custom orders

Job Description:

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Printing and following manifests.
  • Assist production staff in preparing jobs for transport.
  • Gather together all paperwork of jobs and material on each outgoing truck.
  • Unload material from vendor trucks.
  • Loading material onto truck.
  • Making notations regarding any shipping errors by vendor or damage materials.
  • Prepare and store vendor return materials until authorization is granted from vendor to return.
  • Order and maintain warehouse supplies (packing, shipping, etc.)
  • Do the material transfer to and from downtown location.
  • Break down frames and dispose of them when needed.
