Commercial Estimator - Fargo, ND

Job Description:

  • Full Time – Monday-Friday  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $40,000 – $45,000/year

Essential Functions:

  • Review commercial quote requests for any difficulties, issues, and concerns.
  • Prioritize/manage/organize high volume of quote requests coming in.
  • Take offs on commercial projects.
  • Estimate commercial projects.
  • Call backs, and secure contracts.
  • Material lists.
  • Update commercial schedule.
  • Communicate with job superintendent for schedule.
  • Troubleshooting on project issues.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial management.
  • Commercial cabinet knowledge.
  • Commercial drafting experience.
  • Familiarity with regional builder exchange helpful.
  • Associate degree from accredited educational institution required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Excel.

Commercial Project Manager - Fargo, ND

Job Description:

  • Full Time – Monday-Friday  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $40,000 – $45,000/year

Essential Functions:

  • Estimate commercial projects for customers that have requested quotes (prepare and approve drawings for production).
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that the project is completed in a timely manners.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and perform accurate take offs.
  • Understanding of basic mathematical functions.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software (ex. Actionflow/Planswift)
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and accurate billing.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Excel.
  • Associate Degree from accredited educational institution required.
  • Base knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of cabinet, countertop manufacturing industries would be helpful.

Countertop Customer Service Representative/Estimator - Fargo, ND

Job Description:

  • Full Time – Monday-Friday  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $36,000 – $38,000 per year

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Drafting/Auto Cad.
  • Gather warranty information for jobs.
  • Schedule jobs for deliveries if they do not require template or install.
  • Forward files to template/install/production for scheduling.
  • Enter all orders into database ensuring correct routes and dates.
  • Timely preparation and turnaround of quotes.
  • Follow up on quotes/orders.
  • Contact customers for final order confirmation.

Job Description:

  • Full Time – Works Monday-Friday  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $18.00 – $20.00/hr 

Essential Functions:

  • Verify that install vehicles has correct tools needed daily.
  • Load install vehicle accurately and timely.
  • Ability to troubleshoot/handle issues that may arise.
  • Be a team leader.
  • Communication with customers at jobsite.
  • Call into scheduling department after completion of each install.
  • Install countertops of different materials; granite, quartz, laminate, and solid surface.
  • Willingness to work long hours, and occasional overnight stays are required.
  • Responsible for accurate and precise installation.  Installation requires jobsite problem solving as well as the ability to modify all the material we work with.
  • Working with hand held power tools including; circular saw, jigsaw, angle grinder, and miter saw.

Qualifications:

  • Installation experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to lift 100+ lbs.

Stone Warehouse Clerk - Fargo, ND

Job Description:

  • Full Time –  Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $15.00 – $17.00/hr

Essential Functions:

  • Printing and following manifests.
  • Assist production staff in preparing jobs for transport.
  • Gather all paperwork for jobs and material on each outgoing truck.
  • Unload material from vendor trucks.
  • Loading material onto the truck.
  • Make notations regarding any shipping errors by vendor or damage material.
  • Prepare and store vendor return materials until authorization is granted from vendor to return.
  • Order and maintain warehouse supplies (packing, shipping, etc.).
  • Do the material transfer to and from downtown location.
  • Break down frames and dispose of them when needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately and timely dissemination of products literature and information to customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current customer base.
  • Develop new customer contacts.
  • Timely follow-up on customer leads.
  • Delivery of product when necessary.
  • Must possess extensive material and product knowledge, continuing education.
