Postform Fabricator - Fargo, ND - DOE

Essential Functions:

  • Work hours 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (with occasional overtime)
  • Read and understand a tape measure
  • Work with hand held power tools:
    • Table saw
    • Router
    • Heat gun
    • Staple gun
    • Other general millwork tools
  • Read and interpret job plans
  • Handle all materials with care

Requirements:

  • Intuitive and willing to learn
  • Motivated, dedicated, and reliable
  • Knowledge of hand tool use (preferred)
  • Able to lift at least 75 pounds
  • Wear safety attire, including safety toe boots (Safety Shoe Program available through HR)

Scheduling Coordinator - Location TBD - DOE

Essential Functions:

  • Work hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday – Friday (flexible)
  • Prepare and assemble paperwork for template time and date
  • Discuss product expectations with customer within 24-48 hours of receiving an order.
  • Schedule jobs for template
  • Forward file to laminate for production scheduling
  • Schedule production for solid surface
  • Update Dashboard as necessary
  • Schedule jobs for installation
  • Make follow-up calls to schedule install dates
  • Work within timeline outside vendor production schedules (i.e. Cambria, Pollux, Stone Systems)
  • Assist in preparing manifest slips for transportation department
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues
  • Have work knowledge of production information
  • Make confirmation calls to customers one day before template and install

Qualifications:

  • Background in manufacturing, production, and/or construction
  • Detail oriented
  • Can follow procedures
  • Identify and solve problems as they arise
  • Some background in administrative duties
  • Ability to handle high-stress environment

Inside Sales, Solid Surface - Fargo, ND - DOE

Essential Functions:

  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Gather warranty information for jobs
  • Schedule jobs for deliveries if they do not require template or install
  • Forward files to template, install, or production for scheduling
  • Enter all orders into database, ensuring correct routes and dates
  • Prepare quotes in a timely turnaround
  • Follow-up on quotes and orders
  • Contact customers for final order conformation
  • Process confirmed orders
  • Assist customers with color selection in the showroom (depending on location)
  • Assist in answering phones
  • Assist in estimating and drafting in other product lines
  • Communicate with outside sales regarding existing and new customer contacts
  • Troubleshoot with coworkers and customers

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree from accredited educational institution (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Major in business with a sales background (preferred)
  • Knowledge in Auto CAD or other drafting software
  • Knowledge of cabinets
  • Knowledge of countertop manufacturing industries (preferred)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Install Apprentice - Blaine, MN, Billings, MT, & Fargo, ND - DOE

Essential Functions:

  • Work hours starting at 7:00 am, ending at various times, Monday – Friday
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to occasionally work overnights (required)
  • Install granite, quartz, laminate, and solid surface countertops
  • Complete precise installation with ability to modify materials if necessary
  • Identify and solve problems as they arise
  • Work with hand held power tools:
    • Circular saw
    • Jigsaw
    • Angle grinder
    • Miter saw
    • Other tools

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Carpentry experience (preferred) – but willing to train

Outside Sales - Billings, MT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely dissemination of products literature and information to customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with current customer base
  • Develop new customer contacts
  • Timely follow up on customer leads
  • Ability to accurately template jobs
  • Delivery of product when necessary
  • Must posses extensive material and product knowledge, continuing education
  • Work closely with inside sales associates/drafting to ensure proper care of customer
  • Preparation and timely delivery of Customers Contact Reports to Sales Manager
  • Address RMA and warranty issues with customer
  • Active participation in company sales meeting
  • Ensure though coverage of assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry
  • Knowledge of cabinet, countertop manufacturing industries would be helpful
  • Must posses a current drivers license
  • Maintain an insurable driving record
